As this is only a reservation system, you will never find any phone number of a hotel on this site.
After you have reserved you will be able to get incontact directly with the hotel.
You can select your preferred hotel and then book on line.
Trough Ultrahotels.net you can reserve directly online. Once you have
selected your ideal hotel, you'll be able to book directly on line.
you can choose the Hotel and/or B&B you're interested in and verify
its availability directly online. Each facility has a detailed web
page including specific Hotel information, detailed prices, services,
location, tourist place abd cancellation terms, etc.
Once you have selected your ideal hotel you will be able to see al the details of it from the details page. Here you'll find a button to acces the reservation process.
Please be informed that are possible two types of reservation requests
can be made:
Instant bookings and
Bookings
on Request.
In the first case (Instant bookings) you will be able to check the availability of the hotel. Once the availability has been checked you will be able to choose the type of accommoadtion and the start the reservation process in qhich you will have to fill out the the reservation forms. Completed this step you will receive an automatic
confirmation message from the hotel giving you all the ionformation to get in contact with the hotel. You will not receive any further
confirmation from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definitive.
In the second case you will receive an email informing you that the
property has received your request. The landlord will then respond
via email within 48 hours either confirming or cancelling your request and with detailed instructions on how to complete the reservation process.
It is important to know that your reservation can be confirmed only
by the Hotel.
Do not forget
When you make a booking, please check
your email address. You have to insert your correct email address
because you will not be able to receive a reply from the hotel and
this could lead to communication problems and misunderstandings. Therefore,
it is crucial that you make sure all data is correct.
